Our park recognizes that the personal information of our customers is important to protect for our customers and is also important management information for our park. This park will regularly reassess and improve its policy on personal information protection.
We will announce the purpose of collection and use in advance and collect information with the prior consent of our customers.

Social Media Policy

I understand that the park’s social media is a place for communication, including connections between individuals, and that it is open to the general public around the world, and that once information is posted it cannot be completely taken back, and I will participate in the dialogue with a moderate attitude as a person of good judgment.

  • We will actively provide information to ensure that our customers have a beneficial experience.
  • We will understand the characteristics of social media and be careful about what we post and how we post it, to avoid spreading incorrect information or misleading our customers.
  • If we post incorrect information or use misleading language, we will promptly apologize and correct the information.
  • We will thoroughly protect personal information and privacy.
  • We will strictly maintain confidentiality for any confidential information we learn in the course of our park management and operation duties, whether inside or outside the park.
  • We will comply with the community guidelines set out by the operators of each social media tool, such as Company X or Google LLC, and respect the culture and etiquette of each social media platform.
  • Any infringement of third party copyrights, rights of honor, etc. is prohibited.
